What first appeared to be a simple arrangement of sugar cubes gradually revealed fragmented human faces. Learning that the work recreates the anonymous victims of Colombia's internal conflict, using sugar stained with coffee (two materials deeply connected to the country's history and economy), gave the piece a deeper significance, turning an ordinary scene into a poignant reflection on loss, violence, and remembrance.

An altar-shaped cityscape, framed like a place of worship, the contrast between the low-income community below and the world of financial markets above revealed a stark divide between the two worlds.
